A gender equality policy expert and business consultant with over 25 years of experience in leadership, community engagement, and inclusive learning design. I help organizations, governments, and institutions build innovative, equity-focused education models that foster agency, resilience, and lifelong learning. As a UN Women–trained Gender Economics Specialist and published writer on gender equality, I guide clients in developing inclusive policies and practices that drive measurable, meaningful change. With a strong foundation in both academic insight and real-world expertise, I design learning environments that spark curiosity, critical thinking, and personal growth. I am currently pursuing a Degree in Post-Secondary Education at Memorial University, building on a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration, a diploma in Accounting, Business, and Computer Applications, and certification from the Canadian Securities Course. I have proudly represented Canada at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women and continue to advocate for education systems that promote access, equity, and agency. Originally from Marystown, Newfoundland and Labrador, I bring a deep commitment to community, creativity, and lifelong learning to every project I lead.
